KBIC Tribal Council
The KBIC Tribal Council is comprised or 12 members elected to serve 3 year terms by the voting membership. More.
Tribal Court
The Chief Judge is responsible for oversight and administration of the Triball Court. The Triabal Court interprets the laws and ordinances passed by the Tribal Council. These laws and ordinances are in codified form in the KBIC Tribal Code.
KBIC Tribal Police Department
Provide Police Service to all Reservation Land, which includes Baraga, Marquette, and Ontonagon counties. Facilitate and promote the Community Policing concept on all reservation sites. Provide for the enforcement of Tribal and Federal laws within the exterior boundaries of the Reservation.
KBIC Tribal Attorney's Office
The Office of Tribal Attorney operates under the general supervision of the Tribal Attorney. The Tribal Attorney is under the supervision of the Tribal Council in accordance with established Tribal Council policies.
