Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College


Formed out of our American Indian identity, the mission of Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College is to provide post-secondary education rich in Ojibwa culture, tradition and beliefs, that supports life-long learning.



KBIC Library


The mission of the Ojibwa Community Library is to provide a collection of print and non-print materials to meet the lifelong learning, recreational, research, cultural, and informational needs of the Keweenaw Bay Ojibwa Community College and the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community from pre-school to elders



KBIC Even Start Family Literacy Center


To build a strong educational foundation for family success in the home, school, and workplace through an integrated, culturally responsive literacy program designed to enhance community services for promoting family achievement.



KBIC Youth Program


Our vision for the KBIC Youth is to increase opportunities for youth and mentoring programming, to ensure that that our youth are involved and successful in school, home and in the community.
